About Tracy Macfie

As a Manager in the area of Organizational Effectiveness with McLean & Company, Tracy Macfie leads the project management, planning, and logistics of the McLean Employee Experience Monitor. She also manages the team that administers the New Hire, Exit and Engagement surveys. Tracy plays an integral supporting role to clients in the administration and communication of the employee feedback surveys. With her passion for accuracy and affinity for details, she is highly effective in analyzing survey results to pull out key insights that highlight strengths and key areas of focus for the client organization.

Tracy joined Info-Tech Research Group in 2008, and was most recently a Senior Research Assistant, fulfilling client research requests while working closely with analysts and consultants. Prior to working at Info-Tech, Tracy worked as an HR Generalist where she wrote a company code of conduct and company policies utilizing her HR expertise.

Tracy earned her BA in Psychology from the University of Western Ontario, and a diploma in Human Resource Management from Fanshawe College in London, Ontario.
