Noureen Ali is a Principal Director, Human Resources Advisory Services, at McLean & Company, where she advises leaders on talent strategy, talent acquisition, workforce transformation, and organizational effectiveness. She brings nearly two decades of experience across Canada, the United States, and Asia, with expertise spanning strategic HR business partnering, talent management, total rewards, organizational design, workforce planning, and emerging HR technologies. She is known for her systems-minded and human-centered approach to workforce and organizational challenges. She partners with senior leaders to connect people, technology, data, and business strategy into practical solutions that strengthen organizational capability and enable transformation. Her work increasingly focuses on how AI and digital technologies are reshaping work, skills, leadership, and talent systems. Prior to joining McLean & Company, Noureen held progressive HR leadership and advisory roles supporting organizational growth, workforce modernization, and talent transformation across global teams and complex environments. She is particularly passionate about helping leaders translate complex workforce and business challenges into clear, actionable strategies that drive organizational performance and long-term value.

Noureen holds a Master of Industrial Relations and Human Resources from the University of Toronto and is completing a Master of Science in Information Technology Management at the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, focused on digital transformation, analytics, and AI-enabled workforce systems. She is also a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and has contributed to several community and governance initiatives, including serving as a board director with the Canadian Mental Health Association.
