Jennifer Rozon is the President of McLean & Company. She manages the overall vision and strategy for research, product development, business development, and customer experience. She is passionate about elevating HR departments and translating innovative ideas into execution through inspired team members. Jennifer is an analytical leader who drives bottom-line results while staying people focused and embraces change as an opportunity to drive breakthrough performance. She is a firm believer that creating an exceptional employee experience will in turn create a better member experience.

Since joining the organization in 2006, Jennifer has held positions in research, business development, corporate strategy, and product development. Jennifer pioneered some of the first blueprints and diagnostic products, including the development of the Employee Engagement Program.

Prior to joining McLean & Company, Jennifer held roles at Human Resources and Skills Development Canada, BlackBerry, and Wal-Mart. Jennifer received her Honors Business Administration from the Ivey Business School at Western University.

Paul is the Practice Lead, HR Research & Advisory Services at McLean & Company, specializing in HR strategy and culture services. With over 20 years of management consulting experience, Paul helps leaders in various sectors translate their organizational goals into tangible outcomes. Recognized for his expertise in culture transformation, Paul supports organizations in aligning their cultures with core values and business objectives.
Paul is known for his ability to analyze complex situations, identify opportunities, and formulate actionable strategies. He has been instrumental in guiding organizations through periods of growth and transformation, bringing a unique blend of analytical acumen, interpersonal skills, and a commitment to ethical and socially responsible decision-making. Paul holds a Bachelor’s in Commerce (Management Information Systems), an MBA (Organizational Enablement), and a PMP designation. He actively contributes to community engagement as a member of the City of Kitchener’s Equity and Anti-Racism Team and the City of Waterloo’s Economic Development Advisory Committee.

As the Director of HR Workshops at McLean & Company, Youssef Kamar excels in strategy development, organizational design, and HR process optimization for diverse industries. Leveraging McLean & Company’s best-practice research and benchmark expertise, Youssef guides clients through proven workshops to tackle their toughest challenges and create tailored HR strategies and processes in a collaborative environment.
With over a decade of consulting experience, Youssef has worked with McLean & Company and Info-Tech clients to develop customized solutions, engaging with leaders in HR, IT, and broader business sectors. This extensive experience enriches every engagement, helping clients achieve their goals and strategies.
Youssef holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Science and Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario and the Richard Ivey School of Business, respectively. Additionally, Youssef has earned Master's degrees in International Business and International Management, along with certifications in Lean Six Sigma from the University of Toronto and Digital Business Strategy from MIT Sloan.

As a Director of HR Advisory Services at McLean & Company, Adrienne provides high-quality advisory services to external clients and conducts engagements such as workshops, focus groups, and consulting to aid in the acceleration of HR strategy deliverables and thought leadership, as well as training for HR and other organizational leaders. She also represents McLean & Company at conferences and events by delivering keynote presentations and/or facilitating roundtables. While championing empathy and equity in the workplace, her mission is to create systemic and measurable HR outcomes to drive cultural evolution and innovation.

In addition to her 10 years of experience in organizational culture change management, Adrienne leverages over 20 years of concurrent work experience in employee relations, training, talent acquisition, HR project management, engagement, and wellness in the workplace. She has worked in a variety of industries, including financial services, healthcare, technology, and commercial real estate.

Adrienne is a Canadian Certified Inclusion Professional (CCIP) and a Canadian Human Resources Leader (CHRL) and obtained her Master of Human Resources Management (MHRM) degree from York University. Leveraging her undergraduate degree in Commerce and Environmental Management from the University of Toronto, Adrienne has also devoted her efforts toward advancing corporate environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals. Most recently, she is undertaking the Award of Achievement in Diversity and Inclusion at the University of British Columbia.

An advocate for organizational wellbeing, she is certified in Mental Health First Aid by the Mental Health Commission of Canada and is a member of the Community of Practice for the Not Myself Today campaign. In her spare time, Adrienne has served as an Ambassador for the Peel Regional Diversity Roundtable and provides career coaching to newcomers in the Greater Toronto Area.

Karen Mann is the Senior Vice President of HR Research, Learning Solutions & Advisory Services at McLean & Company. She leads teams dedicated to supporting our clients in achieving their HR and organizational objectives through evidence-based HR and Learning & Development publications, advisory calls, leadership coaching, training program facilitation, focus groups, and group process facilitation (workshops). A results-driven HR professional, Karen has a passion for making a difference. As a collaborative leader and big-picture thinker, she has a proven ability to operationalize programs and initiatives and stay focused on making work matter.

Karen brings a wealth of expertise to McLean & Company and its members, with almost three decades of HR experience in national and multi-national corporations in the technology, telecommunication, business-to-business services, and retail industries. She also gained exposure to the nonprofit sector as a member of the Board of Directors for a regional agency.

Karen earned her MSc in International Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from Manchester Business School in the UK. She is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (Chartered MCIPD), holds the Certified Human Resources Executive (CHRE) designation, and is a Certified Coach Practitioner.

Both a strategic CHRO and transformative business leader, Stephen brings a unique perspective to HR, with deep experience developing and driving retail businesses prior to transitioning into his HR career. With experience spanning retail, hospitality, and global organizations, he brings a strong commercial mindset and a people-first approach to shaping high-performance cultures.

Throughout his HR career, Stephen has held senior HR executive roles with many notable brands – IKEA Canada, Sephora Canada, Four Seasons Hotel and Resorts – where he led enterprise-wide talent strategies, leadership development, and employment brand initiatives. His work has supported organizational growth, strengthened employee engagement, and enabled scalable, future-ready talent models across diverse regions and industries.

Under Stephen’s leadership, both IKEA Canada and Sephora Canada were named as a Forbes Top Employer for several years in a row and recognized for excellence in Talent Development by the Retail Council of Canada. As the Global Head of Talent at Four Seasons, Stephen led the development of the first global talent strategy aligned with the business to deliver a sophisticated and scalable talent model supporting strategic business growth and new lines of business. This included a global initiative to drive consistency and efficiency using data analytics and insights to assess talent readiness, succession risk, and future capability needs.

Drawing on his strong commercial and operations experience, Stephen ensures that HR strategies are grounded in the ability to shape and influence the business, operating models, and the economics of an organization.

Caroline Riley is Vice President, Human Resources and CHRO at Seneca Polytechnic, where she leads HR strategy for 3,500+ employees across 4 campuses operating in a hybrid environment. A strategic innovator with nearly 30 years of HR leadership experience, Caroline specializes in AI-enabled transformation and organizational change. Her team's work transforming HR through foundation-driven AI adoption is being featured in upcoming case studies by McLean & Company and The Josh Bersin Company. Caroline holds an MA in Leadership from the University of Guelph.

Marsha John-Greenwood is an international transformation leader specializing in organizational culture, leadership capability, and modern people practices. With more than 25 years of global experience across the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors, she partners with executive teams to transform how organizations operate by aligning people strategy with business outcomes.
Marsha is known for leading large-scale HR and culture transformations that enable organizations to evolve their operating models, adopt new ways of working, and strengthen leadership effectiveness. Her work focuses on redesigning HR service delivery models, implementing shared services and multi-tiered HR functions, leveraging technology and data to improve decision-making, and embedding inclusive leadership practices that drive performance and engagement.
Throughout her career she has delivered complex transformation programs including end-to-end implementation of HR shared services, enterprise people practices, and diversity strategies that improve representation, accountability, and employee experience. Her leadership has helped organizations modernize their people infrastructure while strengthening culture and trust across large and complex workforces.
Marsha currently serves as Vice President, People & Culture at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) where she leads the People & Culture function and oversees the organization’s diversity portfolio, shaping the employee experience and inclusive culture for one of the world’s leading arts and cultural institutions. Previously, she served as Interim Chief People Officer at the City of Toronto, leading the Service Hub implementation that supports HR services for more than 35,000 employees.
Earlier in her career, Marsha worked in the financial sector before becoming a leader in diversity and corporate responsibility initiatives in the UK. She helped launch the first Cultural Diversity Network at Barclays Bank and led research that informed the housing sector’s first supplier diversity framework.

Tamara Heimonen brings over 20 years of experience as an HR leader to her role as Senior Executive Advisor at McLean & Company, where she supports and guides HR leaders to map out their HR strategy and prioritize HR initiatives that will have a measurable impact on the business.

Tamara has deep experience in moving organizations forward in Culture, DEI, and Leadership & Learning, and has previously worked for national and multinational corporations in the finance, retail, and grocery industries. She is a results-driven leader with a passion for innovation and aligning talent strategies to drive engagement and performance in complex and changing environments.

Tamara holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western University, a postgraduate certificate in Human Resources Management, and is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL).

Stephen Satchel is the Chief People Officer with Canada’s Premier Bottling Company leading an HR team of approximately 60 professionals supporting 6000 Coke Canada employees across Canada.
With more than 20 years of business and people leadership, Stephen has a background in the private, public, and professional services sectors.
Stephen has extensive experience in the field of human resources, labour relations, and employment law. Throughout his career, he has been known as a strategist, change agent, builder of high-performing teams and an effective communicator with a passion for business transformation.
Stephen joined the Coca-Cola System in 2008 and has held a variety of roles in Human Resources, Labour Relations, and Legal and Business Transformation. In his current role, Stephen is focused on improving organizational performance and effectiveness through innovative people strategies, effective communication, team collaboration, and employee engagement. Working in a high-paced, rapidly changing environment, Stephen is passionate about leadership development and creating a culture focused on integrity, inclusion and continuous improvement.
Prior to joining the Coke system, Stephen had a background in labour and employment law at a large law firm in Toronto and continued his career at the CBC in the areas of human resources, labour relations and law. He holds Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws degrees from the University of Toronto.
Stephen is the proud dad of two university age young adults, and he and his wife love spending time outdoors and being active at home in Toronto, at their cottage in Muskoka, and on their travels in other parts of the world.

Angela Scott is the Manager of Learning Solutions at McLean & Company, where she leads the Online Leadership Training and DEI Foundations for Leaders programs. A skilled coach and facilitator, Angela creates authentic learning experiences that challenge leaders to grow beyond their comfort zones and achieve organizational excellence.
With over 20 years of experience in leadership development, she has worked as a private coach, corporate trainer, and DEI consultant, delivering programs across North America and the UK. Angela previously owned a consultancy focused on diversity sensitivity training for police and paramilitary organizations. An experienced speaker and post-secondary lecturer, she has taught in Business, Psychology, and Human Resources departments.
Angela holds a BA in Psychology and a Bachelor of Journalism from Carleton University, as well as a Master of Education from OISE at the University of Toronto. She is also a certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher with advanced training from the Centre for Mindfulness Studies.

Leann Schneider is a Director, HR Research & Advisory Services, at McLean & Company. She is passionate about leveraging technology to scale the value of HR across organizations. Her areas of expertise include leadership development, talent management, talent acquisition, and assessment.

Prior to joining McLean & Company she worked as a Product Manager at a scale-up technology company in the HR tech space. She was instrumental in growing their assessment product from a recruitment-only solution to driving value across the full talent management lifecycle. She also previously worked as a leadership development consultant, conducting assessments, delivering feedback, and coaching leaders.

Leann holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Guelph. She has published peer-reviewed research in the areas of interview anxiety and impression management, wellbeing, and personality.

Su Diana is a seasoned Learning & Development leader with over 20 years of experience in leadership development, talent management, and people management. As a Director of HR Advisory Services at McLean & Company, Su partners with organizations to implement transformative learning & development and leadership programs that deliver measurable business impact.

Throughout her career, Su has designed and led award-winning L&D initiatives, creating impactful learning experiences for organizations across North America. She has led end-to-end L&D functions, including instructional design, facilitation, learning operations, and learning business partners. With deep insight into the challenges HR professionals face in cultivating learning cultures, Su brings practical, strategic solutions to every engagement.

Her expertise spans retail, insurance, and financial services, where she worked closely with clients to build leadership capabilities and align development programs and strategies with organizational values. Su is an experienced facilitator, delivering engaging in-person and virtual sessions for diverse audiences – from emerging leaders to senior executives.

Su holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Specialized Honours in Marketing from York University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She is also certified in various facilitation and behavioural assessment methodologies. Grace Ewles is a Director on the HR Research & Advisory Services team at McLean & Company, where she leverages data-driven insights to help organizations enhance performance and drive meaningful change. Her key areas of focus include wellbeing, organizational culture, talent management, and learning and development. Before joining McLean & Company, Grace spent eight years as an organizational consultant, supporting initiatives in recruitment, organizational design, change management, and employee development across public, private, and not-for-profit sectors. She holds both an MA and PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Guelph, where her research centered on work stress, occupational health, and employee wellbeing. In addition to her consulting work, Grace has served as an instructor in higher education, teaching courses in statistics and organizational psychology. She brings a thoughtful, research-backed approach to helping organizations build healthier, more effective workplaces.

Robert was most recently the Chief Innovation Officer at Fasken, where he was responsible for transforming firm operations by pinpointing the products, process improvements, and business model changes that would best position Fasken for future success.

Robert has led major business transformation projects and held senior positions at McKinsey, Microsoft, Workbrain Corporation, Blockbuster Canada, and TheGuarantors.

Robert holds an undergraduate degree in Mathematics from Harvard University and an MBA from Northwestern University.

As Principal Director, HR Advisory Services at McLean & Company, Amy brings over 15 years of experience in learning and development, organizational design, and technology integration. She specializes in helping organizations align their learning strategies with business goals through scalable, tech-enabled solutions that enhance employee experience and performance.

Amy has led large-scale learning and change initiatives across higher education, financial and professional services, and the public sector, working with both domestic and global organizations to drive impactful transformation. With both a practical and research-based background in adult learning and education technology, she bridges the gap between strategy and execution. Now, she advises HR leaders on how to modernize their learning ecosystems, leverage data, and embed learning into the flow of work. She is recognized for her ability to translate complex systems into user-centered solutions that support continuous growth and inclusive talent development.

Amy holds a PhD in Education Technology and is an Organizational Development Certified Professional (ODCP). She continues to explore innovations in digital learning, systems design, AI and future-of-work strategies to help organizations stay adaptive and talent-focused.

Will serves as the Practice Lead, HR Trends & AI at McLean & Company, where he leads key research initiatives, including the annual HR Trends Report, and advises members on applying insights to achieve business and people outcomes. He specializes in HR technology, data, and analytics, with a passion for uncovering and communicating workplace trends. Since joining McLean in 2017, Will has supported organizations through research, advisory calls, and facilitation. He holds an MBA in Human Resources, an Honours BA in English, and certifications in advanced analytics and big data.

Kelly Berte is a Practice Lead, HR Research & Advisory Services, with McLean & Company. She brings energy to translating scientific concepts to real-world application for HR leaders, promoting human-centered change that helps organizations support their people to be at their best.
Kelly started her career and worked for over a decade in employee wellbeing before expanding her scope into a variety of cross-functional HR projects focused on culture and systems thinking. Her expertise lies in culture, change management, HR strategy, HR metrics and analytics, and leadership strategy.
Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health Promotion from the University of Iowa, as well as a Master of Science degree in Organization Development and Leadership from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA.
