About Kelsey Oldfield
Kelsey Oldfield is a project coordinator on McLean & Company’s HR Diagnostics, Advisory & Data Insights team. Working closely with HR professionals, she delivers insightful data through McLean’s 360-Feedback Survey Program and Employee Experience Monitor.
Inspired by sharing the benefits and value of diagnostic results and policy compliance best practices, Kelsey enjoys fostering client relationships through attentive, ongoing support and ensuring that HR practitioners are set up for success.
Prior to joining the McLean team, Kelsey worked as an operations coordinator in the medical sector, working for a company that delivered a referral management platform.
Kelsey went to school at Trent University, where she also spent time on the board for Trent Youth Entrepreneur Society.
Outside of work, you will find Kelsey reading, crocheting, or focusing on photography. As a dancer for many years, she now enjoys yoga and hiking to stay active.
