About Abdullah Nasser
Abdullah is a Senior Analyst with McLean & Company's HR Diagnostics, Advisory & Data Insights team. He has a keen passion for developing robust employee experience programs by leveraging data-informed insights and purposeful action planning.
Before joining McLean & Company, Abdullah worked in the Canadian not-for-profit sector, where he helped build and modernize employee engagement and well-being programs. Now, he leverages that knowledge and McLean & Company’s research to support members with achieving their own employee experience goals, whether it’s through sharing best practices for building engagement strategies, interpreting survey results, or equipping leaders with the tools to take impactful actions based on those results.
Abdullah earned his Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Toronto. He is currently pursuing his CHRP designation, as just one part of his dedication to continuous learning in the HR space.
