Candace is a Manager, Learning Solutions Delivery, at McLean & Company where she delivers training programs and facilitated experiences that help leaders and HR practitioners strengthen their impact and drive organizational success.

With expertise in leadership development, instructional design, and experiential learning, Candace is known for her learner-centric mindset and supportive approach with clients. She brings over ten years of HR and leadership development experience across diverse industries including mining, transportation, and insurance.

Candace holds a Master of Arts in Leadership and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University and a Business Management Diploma in Human Resources from the University of Calgary. She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation, a Certified Talent Management Professional (CTMP) through the Canadian HR Academy.
