Harchayt Kaur is a research analyst on the HR research & advisory services team at McLean & Company. She holds a Master of International Business from Queen's University and a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies, specializing in consumer behaviour, from Western University. Through her academic and professional experiences, she developed a strong foundation in research and analysis, along with a deep understanding of the factors that influence people, work, and organizational effectiveness.

Prior to joining McLean & Company, Harchayt gained experience in research and communications through consulting projects, supporting initiatives that involved gathering and analyzing information, synthesizing findings, and developing evidence-based recommendations. Her areas of interest center on employee wellbeing and how effective talent practices can foster positive employee experiences and contribute to organizational success.
