About Taylor Monk

Taylor is an analyst on the HR Research & Advisory team at McLean & Company. Her key areas of interest include learning and development, HR strategy, and organizational culture. She is passionate about elevating HR as a strategic partner and supporting teams in building positive, inclusive workplaces.

Before joining McLean & Company, Taylor spent over five years in corporate education and development within the beauty industry. During this time, she built a strong foundation in designing impactful learning experiences and driving organizational growth through talent development.

Taylor holds an Honors Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management from Fanshawe College.
