About Justine Czencz

Justine Czencz is a Senior Analyst on the HR Research & Advisory Services team at McLean & Company. Her area of interest is talent management, particularly in developing competency frameworks and performance management programs that encourage employee development and support organizational success.

Prior to joining McLean & Company, Justine worked in the property management industry, where she gained experience in recruitment and onboarding and supported various Human Resources programs.

Justine has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications Media from the University of Windsor, a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Humber College, and is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP).
