About Heather Kipp

Heather Kipp is a Senior Analyst on the HR Research & Advisory Services team at McLean & Company. Heather is dedicated to helping organizations cultivate inclusive workplace cultures that elevate the employee experience, promote wellbeing, and align with strategic objectives. Heather brings more than a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector, where Heather led community development initiatives focused on inclusion and belonging and guided teams to deliver client-centered solutions. In recent years, Heather transitioned to Human Resources, where she has designed and implemented programs aimed to advance employee engagement, strengthen psychological safety, and support learning and development.

Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts with an honors specialization in Political Science and a minor in Gender Studies from Western University.
