About Grace Ewles
Grace Ewles is a Senior Consulting Analyst on the HR Research & Advisory Services team at McLean & Company. She is passionate about using data-driven insights to help organizations improve performance and create impactful change. Her areas of focus include culture, talent management, and learning and development.
Prior to joining McLean & Company, Grace worked as an organizational consultant for eight years. As a consultant, she supported a range of organizational development initiatives related to recruitment and selection, organizational design, change management, and employee development in the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors.
Grace holds her MA and PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Guelph, where she conducted research on work stress, occupational health, and well-being. She also has extensive experience as an educational instructor and has taught several courses at the post-secondary level related to statistics and organizational psychology.
