About Hurayen Kabir

Hurayen Kabir is a Project Coordinator on the HR Diagnostics Team at McLean & Company. She supports the implementation of employee engagement programs that help HR leaders better understand employee experiences, discover opportunities for growth, and create meaningful organizational change. Working closely with clients, Hurayen helps ensure projects are delivered seamlessly while fostering strong relationships through clear communication and collaboration.

Hurayen graduated from McMaster University with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce. Her background spans project coordination, stakeholder engagement, organizational behavior, and data analytics. Her academic and professional experiences have strengthened her interest in using data to create more engaging and effective workplace experiences that help employees thrive.

Outside of work, Hurayen enjoys staying active through weightlifting, Pilates, yoga, and tennis. She is an avid reader, movie enthusiast, and music lover who enjoys traveling, exploring new places, and seeking out new experiences!
