About Harpreet Kaur

Harpreet is a manager in the HR Diagnostics, Advisory & Data Insights team. Harpreet works across employee lifecycle diagnostics and is the product manager for the HR Organizational Alignment and HR Management and Governance diagnostics. Harpreet works with clients to analyze and identify key insights and trends from their survey data to enhance overall effectiveness.

Prior to joining McLean & Company, Harpreet gained experience in employee engagement, performance management, talent acquisition, and HR policy formulation. She has worked as an HR business partner in the automobile industry on the sales and supply chain side of the organization. She has earned her bachelor’s degree in chemistry and master’s degree in human resources management
