About Allegra Coz

Allegra Coz is a Research Analyst on the HR Research & Advisory Services team at McLean & Company. Her areas of interest include learning and development, organizational culture, talent management, and organizational design. She is passionate about helping organizations create work environments that are positive, inclusive, and practical.

Prior to joining McLean & Company, Allegra worked in the tourism and health and safety industries. She partnered with organizational leaders to create unified policies and procedures across the organization and to navigate changes toward a technology-focused approach to HR. She also brings learning and development experience from working in the education and tourism sectors.

Allegra holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Honours Program) from the University of Guelph, a diploma in Early Childhood Education, a Bachelor of Education from York University, and a post-graduate certificate in Human Resources Management from Georgian College.
