About Jennifer Lynch

Jennifer Lynch is an analyst on the HR Research & Advisory Services team at McLean & Company. She holds a Masters of Science and is currently pursuing a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Western University, where she conducted research on leadership and teamwork.

Prior to joining McLean & Company, she honed her understanding of organizational processes and research skills through coursework and research-based projects in organizational behavior, talent management, and research methods.

Jennifer is passionate about helping organizations and their employees thrive, with a particular interest in employee experience.
