About Doaa Ebaid

Doaa Ebaid is a project coordinator on the HR Diagnostics team at McLean & Company, where she supports employee engagement initiatives for client organizations. In her role, Doaa coordinates end-to-end project delivery by collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to ensure insights are translated into clear actionable outcomes.

Prior to joining McLean & Company, Doaa worked as an HR coordinator at a mental health agency, where she supported HR operations and contributed to initiatives focused on employee wellbeing and organizational effectiveness. She also has experience in the manufacturing sector, where she supported and oversaw HR department activities, led HR projects aimed at streamlining processes, and focused on improving the overall employee experience in a fast-paced operational environment.

Doaa holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management from Fanshawe College and is passionate about using data, structure, and strong coordination to support impactful HR programs. She is particularly interested in employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and enabling leaders and organizations to turn insights into meaningful action.
