About Emily Guthro

Emily is a Director on the Learning Solutions Delivery team with McLean & Company. In her role, she is responsible for the delivery of impactful experiences for leaders and HR professionals. Emily is known for her engaging energy that enables leaders to reflect deeply, explore their growth edge, and translate insight into meaningful action. Her approach blends playful challenge with thoughtful inquiry that supports both immediate impact and long-term effectiveness in individuals and teams.

Prior to this role, Emily worked in public, private, and not-for-profit sectors around the world, with a focus on performance management, mentoring, and leadership programs for all levels. Developing people and helping organizations to become places where everyone thrives is what drives her.

Emily holds a BA from Laurentian University, a post-graduate certificate in Human Resource Management from Conestoga College, and a certificate in Adult Education from the University of Toronto. She is certified with Core Strengths on the SDi assessment and has obtained the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation from the International Coaching Federation.
