About Jon Ryman

Jon Ryman is an executive advisor who brings more than 20 years of experience in human resources leadership across the utilities, transportation, healthcare, and public sectors. Throughout his career, he has supported complex, unionized, and safety-sensitive organizations across Canada and the United States, enabling organizational transformation and aligning people practices with business priorities.

His experience includes HR strategy, organizational design, talent acquisition, talent management, employee experience, and HR Technology. Jon has partnered with executive and operational leaders on a range of initiatives, including organizational transformations, HR modernization efforts, merger integrations, succession planning, and performance management programs.

Known for his practical and collaborative approach, Jon works with organizations to address complex people challenges and deliver solutions that align people strategies to deliver organizational success. He values building trusted relationships and believes that sustainable results come from engaging leaders and employees.

Jon holds an Advanced Bachelor of Arts in Labor and Workplace Studies from the University of Manitoba.
