Laura is a Director, HR Advisory Services with McLean & Company. Laura has extensive HR expertise with particular specialization in Talent Management and Talent Acquisition. She is passionate about helping HR leaders to create people strategies and initiatives that drive positive employee experience and organizational value.

Laura brings almost three decades of HR experience in the private and public sectors. Prior to joining McLean & Company, Laura held HR leadership positions in diverse retail, healthcare, professional services, and manufacturing organizations.

Laura holds a Bachelor’s degree from McMaster University, certificates in Human Resources Management and Succession Planning, and is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL).
