About Roshmi Roy

Roshmi is a Senior Analyst in the HR Diagnostics, Advisory & Data Insights team with McLean & Company. Her primary focus is to work with clients to analyze and identify key insights and trends from survey data to improve employee engagement

Having worked as a Business Partner previously, Roshmi developed a passion for deriving data-driven solutions to increase employee satisfaction scores and overall employee performance. She was also actively involved in creating and implementing surveys and analyzing data to develop action plans. Roshmi played a key role in hosting unit and location-wide employee recognition programs. In her prior roles across the IT and healthcare industries her primary learning and focus was on full cycle recruitment, employee engagement programs, and grievance redressal.

Roshmi is a Certified Human Resource Professional with the HRPA and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in HR with additional electives in Market Research and Business Analytics.
