Product Manager, HR Research & Advisory Services
Fallan is a Product Manager on the HR Research & Advisory Services team at McLean & Company with a focus on McLean’s annual HR Trends Report. She is passionate about bridging the gap between research and practice and leveraging data to help organizations make informed decisions that drive success. Her areas of expertise include HR metrics & analytics and internal talent mobility.
Prior to joining McLean & Company, Fallan worked in human resources in the retail industry where she gained experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, employee relations, and data management.
Fallan holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior from Toronto Metropolitan University, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Neuroscience and Behavior from McMaster University, and an HR Analytics Certificate from Cornell University.
