About Will Evanson

Will is a Project Manager with McLean & Company’s HR Diagnostics team, focusing mainly on employee development and engagement monitoring.

Drawing on decades of experience at the intersection of technology, education, and human resources, Will shares key best-practices and strategic advice ensuring that HR practitioners are set up for success.

Throughout his career, Will has had the privilege of working for various organizations around the world, including A&L Canada Laboratories, Kyungi University, Prince of Songkla University, the Local Government Officials Development Institute (LOGODI, Korea), Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts, General Dynamics Land Systems, and Info-Tech Research Group.

Will holds an Environmental Technology diploma with a specialty in bioremediation, as well as TESOL/TEFL certification.
