About Molly Woudenberg

Molly Woudenberg is a Project Manager on the Research & Advisory Services team with McLean & Company. She brings passion and dedication to developing high-quality research across HR taxonomies that contribute to real-world problem solving and social change. Molly’s areas of expertise include performance management and competences, with a broader focus on talent management, learning and development, and HR strategy.

Prior to joining McLean & Company, Molly worked in private investigations, where she worked with clients to develop customized research strategies and action plans that addressed their needs. She also has experience with onboarding and training & development in the retail and hospitality industries.

Molly holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Political Science and Criminology from the University of Toronto and a post-graduate certificate in Human Resources Management from Georgian College.
