About Diana Samu-Visser

As the Workshop Content Manager, Diana Samu-Visser designs transformative group facilitation experiences and activities. She leverages her background in research, adult education, L&D, facilitation, and instructional design to create innovative new workshops and continue to elevate existing content. Diana is passionate about using her expertise to build the foundation for rich, strategic partnerships between McLean members and the HR Workshops team’s expert facilitators. Prior to joining the HR Workshops team, Diana worked as a Senior Instructional Designer and Senior Research Analyst on the Learning Solutions team, where she also served as the Program Manager for McLean Academy. She earned her BA (Honors) from the University of Calgary and an MA in English and Writing Studies from the University of Western Ontario.
