About Diana Samu-Visser

Diana Samu-Visser is the Program Manager for McLean Academy at McLean & Company. She also acts as a Senior Instructional Designer and Senior Research Analyst on the Learning Solutions team. As an analyst, Diana draws on her expertise in research and the learning and development space to create practical, impactful guides, tools, and advice for leaders and HR professionals.

As an instructional designer and program manager, she leverages her background in post-secondary education to maximize the value of McLean’s learning products. Diana loves combining data-driven problem solving with storytelling to create dynamic, transformative learning experiences for people leaders and HR professionals.

Prior to joining McLean & Company, Diana earned her BA (Honors) from the University of Calgary and an MA in English and Writing Studies from the University of Western Ontario. She is currently completing her Ph.D. Diana also specializes in learning technology, curriculum design, scholarship of teaching and learning, principles of adult education and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
