About Marika Fis

As Principal Director, Human Resources Advisory Services, at McLean & Company, Marika leverages her deep experience and passion for Total Rewards to help leaders shape and evolve Total Rewards strategies and programs that align with business and talent objectives.

Marika is known for her human-centric, outcome-driven approach and for helping leaders navigate the complexity of Total Rewards with confidence. Prior to joining McLean & Company, she held progressive Compensation roles across multiple industries, including education, consumer goods, banking, insurance, and technology, within global, matrixed organizations.

Marika holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto and a Master of Industrial Relations from Queen’s University. She is also a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and Global Remuneration Professional (GRP).
