About Miranda Pala
Miranda Pala is a Project Coordinator in the HR Diagnostics department at McLean & Company. She plays a key supporting role in the management and administration of McLean & Company’s diagnostic programs, primarily focusing on the New Hire and Exit products. Miranda works closely with HR professionals and manages projects, from scoping to results delivery.
Prior to joining McLean & Company, Miranda worked as a Talent Coordinator at a financial technology start-up based in Toronto. She was responsible for leading recruitment efforts for various roles, ensuring an excellent candidate experience through responsiveness and transparency. She also coordinated interviews, onboarded new employees, and promoted company culture. She took care to build relationships and rapport with each one of her team members. Miranda collaborated with senior leaders on the development of employee policies and other important documents for institutional knowledge as well, and regularly attended networking events in the tech talent community to learn about best practices.
Miranda earned her BSc in Psychology from Acadia University and then earned her Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from George Brown College, allowing her to dive into the world of HR and project management.
