About Peter Wong
Peter Wong is a Director within McLean & Company’s HR Diagnostics team. Peter’s research focus is in the areas of HR measurement & metrics, organizational design and employee engagement. He works closely with a wide range of clients to enhance employee engagement, improve business practices, and increase employee performance and impact in the workforce. A big picture thinker with an analytical mindset, Peter has also created effective training programs with innovative components including performance appraisals and 360 degree feedback.
Peter received his Honors in Business Administration from the Ivey Business School at Western University. He also received an honors BA in Psychology from Western University, where he specialized in industrial-organizational psychology. While working as a Research Assistant at Ivey, Peter conducted research in Organizational Behavior which provided critical data for a series of studies on Organizational Citizenship.
