About Sheri Blades

Sheri Blades is a Director of HR Workshops & Advisory at McLean & Company. Sheri thrives on building trusted relationships through meaningful conversations to meet client needs and concerns. Sheri has over 10 years of HR experience in leadership development, team effectiveness, process consulting, and facilitation.

Prior to joining McLean, Sheri worked in financial and professional services. Sheri has extensive knowledge and experience in talent development, change management, and organizational effectiveness and leading teams through complex strategic planning efforts.

Sheri holds a Master of Arts in Human Systems Intervention from Concordia University and a personal and professional coaching certificate. Sheri also has a certificate in Adult Education from OISE and an HR certificate from Toronto Metropolitan University (formally Ryerson).
