About Jordan Adams

Jordan Adams is a Project Coordinator in the HR Diagnostics Team of McLean & Company. His role is to implement and manage employee engagement diagnostics, helping HR leaders gain new insights and unlock employee performance.

With a background in HR account management and a decade of employee engagement consultation, Jordan is uniquely positioned to understand the detailed challenges that HR leaders face at all levels. Originating from the McLean business development team, Jordan transitioned to diagnostics to have a more direct impact on member success. He finds satisfaction in the discovery of a member’s unique goals and leading plans to achieve them. He loves building lasting relationships, creating clarity, and reducing the stress level of those he works with.

Jordan holds a bachelor’s degree in international business and has experience in the outdoors and manufacturing industries.

When not at his desk, Jordan prefers to spend his time abroad or in the mountains (preferably both), with passions for mountain biking, backcountry skiing, and multiday trekking. He loves hearing unique stories from others with interests or experience in travel.
