About Jason Chen

Jason is a Research Analyst on the Learning Solutions team at McLean & Company. His areas of interest include employee and leadership training, organizational development, and change management. With a background in both research and data analysis, Jason uses the latest innovations in HR to shape the learning content. He has a passion for helping organizations achieve results through enhanced workforce capabilities.

Before joining McLean & Company, Jason gained HR experience in industries including retail and tourism where he supported HR programs including recruitment, employee development, and HR metrics analytics. He is focused on equipping HR professionals and people leaders with the tools to meet the needs of today’s workforce. Jason holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts (HBA) and a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resources (MIRHR) from the University of Toronto.
