Miriam Joseph brings 30 years of experience as an HR leader and practitioner, specializing in HR strategy, talent management, and business partnership across technology, retail, and marketing organizations, to her role as Executive Advisor at McLean & Company.

Miriam’s career has evolved from focusing on HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to taking on strategic HR business partnership and generalist leadership roles, and she has been a trusted advisor to executives and senior leaders. Her experience includes leading and building HR teams to support significant organizational growth and change and the design and implementation of high-impact programs.

Miriam’s expertise in data-driven insights, program development, and strategic HR operations has enabled her to design, deliver and manage people programs that drive employee engagement and support organizational success. She is passionate about employee experience and supporting the creation of a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment to drive people and business success.

Miriam holds a Bachelor of Administrative Studies from York University and several professional certifications, including the Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designations.
