About Auroosa Kazmi-Ishaq
Auroosa is responsible for leading the creation of research-informed, data-driven resources to accelerate the development of HR professionals and leaders. She is passionate about creating tools that make our clients’ lives easier, more efficient, and impactful.
Prior to joining McLean & Company, Auroosa worked for more than a decade in higher education, specializing in onboarding, leadership development, mentorship, and change management, where she excelled in gaining buy-in and fostering growth. Her work in the corporate sector focused on streamlining HR processes, determining the root causes of performance issues, and designing hands-on training that led to "aha" moments with tangible behavior change.
Auroosa holds a Bachelors in Human Resources Management (Hons) from York University and a M.Ed in Higher Education and Leadership from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education at the University of Toronto.
