Influence is a skill that doesn’t simply come naturally or with a title alone. It can also often be confused with manipulation. The two terms are often mistaken for one another, yet they couldn’t be more different! Influence has clear value in the workplace but there must be a foundation built before you can influence, and it can be difficult to know where to start.
There are four behaviors of a successful influencer. This training will dive into these behaviors and enable leaders to evaluate how they can use these behaviors to influence across all levels of the organization.
