About Ramsha Munshi

Ramsha Munshi is an Analyst on the HR Research and Advisory Services team at McLean & Company. Some of her areas of interest include talent management, learning and development, organizational culture, employee engagement, wellbeing, and HR strategy.

Prior to joining McLean & Company, Ramsha completed an internship at an HR software company, where she gained experience in learning and development and onboarding. She has an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from York University and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Durham College. Ramsha combines her expertise in psychology and HR to better understand people and culture in the workplace and connect HR with organizational strategy.
