About Me

Ally O’Neill is a Senior Consulting Analyst within McLean & Company’s Organizational Effectiveness team. She analyzes data from engagement, new hire, and exit surveys and compile meaningful insights on the employee life cycle for a wide variety of mid-sized and enterprise organizations. She has a comprehensive understanding of human resources and the impact that data has on organizational performance.

Prior to joining McLean & Company, Ally worked as a Recruitment Coordinator for a Toronto-based recruiting firm where she sourced and screened talent to fill numerous roles, from temporary workers to corporate vice presidents. She also has a background in the financial industry where she held a number of roles focused on client relations and personal banking.

Ally is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP). She earned her graduate certificate in Human Resources Management from George Brown College shortly after completing her Honours Bachelor of Health Science at Western University.
