HR Strategy
A Human Resources strategy (also known as a People Strategy or Talent Strategy) determines the HR team’s focus and investments over a specific time horizon, which will drive the employee experience and organizational momentum. Given the importance of people to an organization’s success, an aligned HR strategy is vital to enable organizations to thrive. Not to mention that people are often the largest line item in an organizations’ budget! CHROs and People & Culture executives must evaluate data from many sources to build an effective strategy that identifies and prioritizes the most important strategic initiatives. Our research shows when organizational and employee needs are in balance, organizations are more successful. Achieving such balance, however, is not easy to do. HR leaders must understand HR trends to define the most impactful initiatives for their strategy, and so that they can remain competitive to attract and retain talent. Often these trends require HR practitioners to learn new skills. McLean & Company offers our members practical, step-by-step project blueprints, training, tools, templates, assessments, and surveys to accelerate HR strategy development and delivery. In addition, expert guidance and interactive workshops are also available across a range of topics to enhance and accelerate project completion.
