Just the ease of use. Customisation is poor, flexibility is horrible and service is apalling

Reps can start using it immediately

No customisation, god awful reporting

only if you are a team of less than 10 sales rep with a simple saas sales process, consider this product. otherwise stay away

It is easy to understand and can create a campaign very fast and most integrations are available out of the box.

Integration options are available with most of the top-notch products out of the box. Also, UI is easy to understand.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing, it is easy and very well designed software.
