What differentiates HubSpot Sales Hub from other similar products?

It's the integration of marketing and sales processes that makes HubSpot stand out. The fact that you can use it for free to get started is of course a big plus too. Pricing changes over the last few years have made HubSpot accessible even to small businesses, with the Starter offer at €15. / month. Frankly, at that price, it's unbeatable. Other CRM software packages don't offer as many features for the same price.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Sales and marketing alignment made possible. Lots of data about buyers journey that can be used to filter, search and segment relevant leads.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The fact that automations and sequences are reserved for the Pro plan. There's a huge gap between the Starter plan and the Pro plan, and that's a real problem. The difficulty of creating and customizing dashboards, too.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Choose HubSpot if you're willing to invest the time to get it right. It's not a product to be entered into lightly.

Importing and exporting data is nonlimited as in other tools and all activities are displayed on the dashboard
