What differentiates HubSpot Sales Hub from other similar products?

The user interface and ease of navigation truly sets Hubspot CRM apart. Very nice modern GUI and self explanatory

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

User friendly. Integration with Outlook. Email campaigns are a breeze.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No offline mode. Pricing can be steep depending on your data set. Integration with LinkedIn wasn't as advertised.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Be sure to research integration with your line of business applications first.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Adding a company by typing/pasting only the domain of the company and a wealth of information is made available by Hubspot such as the revenue of the company, location, company size, and the industry, this information is made available without the need for us to do basic research on the target audience. It has tons of features and capabilities which makes it one of the best CRM tool.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Hubspot CRM pricing is a bit higher compared to other similar CRM products and there is no customer support for the users on the free plan

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Hubspot is an ideal CRM tool for any team, it can be used across different teams both sales and marketing teams without the need for additional CRM tools, it is very easy to set up and comes with a free edition for a small team and becomes a bit pricing for someone that wants to go for the premium option.
