Understand that HubSpot is a great CRM for most cases. There are just some features that aren't as fully fleshed out as they should be.

Hubspot is one stop CRM which is very user-friendly and I believe this is the best CRM to track opportunities and business development. If you are using Hubspot you not need to buy additional tools or software for marketing and that's differentiated from other platform.

My favorite aspect about this product is it is very user-friendly and integration with other tool is seamless.
