Their customer service is the best I’ve dealt with.

The payroll feature.

Performance management.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want a customizable performance management feature, this is not the product for you. It is good for Onboarding, housing documents and payroll.

What differentiates Paylocity from other similar products?

I think the biggest difference is the dashboard setup. It’s pretty basic and simple.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I liked that it was easy to learn how to use it

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is no capability to modify reports to fit my needs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would tell them to ask lots of questions and ask to do a trial run for 10 days
