What differentiates Paylocity from other similar products?

Customer service

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of payroll preparation each week. time allowed to finish payroll without extra fees for direct deposit

What do you dislike most about this product?

Difficulty in writing reports not already canned. Often times, I export a report that has much more information than needed and having to delete or hide those columns

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Be sure to look at everything and be sure to have a well-trained salesman. I spoke to someone who struggled through trying to show me the software they were trying to upsell me on.
