Ease of use for our employee group

What do you dislike most about this product?

The benefits module being separated. It is challenging that it is not in real time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It will help combine all your HR needs into one place.

What differentiates Paylocity from other similar products?

I don't think there is much difference. They did try to make it more user friendly but I remember initially it just made it more confusing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

That it is able to scan for issues when processing payroll.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The PTO balance does not make sense. Based off my own experience, the PTO history is very confusing and shows different available hours on the app. It can get confusing to navigate and customize and it is a hassle to switch from payroll to time cards. Opening a new window also makes me sign in again which is very inefficient.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Look around for other products to make comparisons or see if paylocity offers a trial period first.
