Not focused on the customer and should have offered more best practice tools when implementation took place rather than just doing what the customer asked (even though it was wrong).

Its absolute reliability is the game changer for me especially when it comes to core payroll for complex organizations. You get a level of confidence that the taxes, the filings, and the payments will be handled correctly and on time, every time. In a world of flashy but sometimes fragile software, that dependable, rock-solid engine is its best feature.
What do you dislike most about this product?
ADC Workforce feels like you're navigating software from a different era. Simple tasks take too many clicks, and finding what you need isn't intuitive. For a platform with so much power under the hood, the day-to-day experience is frustratingly slow and inefficient. It often feels more complex than it needs to be.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Only consider ADP Workforce Now if you're a medium-to-large business with complex HR and payroll needs, and you have dedicated staff to manage it. For a small business, it's overkill and too expensive. Before committing, get a live demo and try to perform a real task yourself, don't just watch the sales pitch. You need to feel that interface firsthand. Understand the total implementation cost and timeline, as it's a major project. If your needs are simple, or your team values a modern, intuitive app, look at sleeker competitors. Choose ADP for its depth and compliance muscle, not for ease of use.
