What differentiates ADP Workforce Now from other similar products?

At this point in my HR career I've used around 6 different HRIS products. They all have their pros and cons. What I've found with ADP Workforce Now is that it-has proven to be the most intuitive, immediately user-friendly out of the whole bunch.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I absolutely love the reporting features. Never have I worked with a product where it has been so easy to create a report on-the-fly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

At this point, truly nothing that I dislike.

Simply perform your due diligence to ensure it has the features YOU need -- otherwise, it's a "highly recommend" from me.

ADP Workforce is apart from other similar products as they have multiple things like payroll accuracy , compliance strength as well as scalability. Most of the HR platforms mainly focus on employee workflows only whereas ADP focuses on building a deep payroll expertise , making it quite strong in handling complex pay structure in terms of senior managements too . In case of growing businesses where the workforce keeps on changing it supports quite well the replatforming. At last , I would say ADP combines both technology and good support helping organizations streamline burden , risk , errors as well as worflows .

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite aspect of ADP Workflow is that it is quite reliable in terms of payroll and maintaining compliance. What , I have seen that payroll errors can create quite dissatisfaction among employees and in cases legal risks for organizations too . So , having a platform like ADP Workflow helps a lot in terms of tax handling , regulatory support and in terms of providing strong operational confidence . It is quite valuable because it combines this dependability with broader HR , benefits and all the workforce management tools all in under one umbrella in one system .

What do you dislike most about this product?

The thing , I dislike the most about ADP Workflow is that can feel less intuitive and more of a burden on the administrative side than all the newer HR platforms which may be coming up in the market . Things like navigating , setup and certain workflows may require extra training mainly in terms of occasional users. Reporting and customization becomes quite time-consuming without support . The implementation may take a lot of time for organizations with complex needs . I'll say the platform is reliable , the overall user experience could be improved a lot as it feels less modern and agile .

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Someone considering ADP Workforce , I would recommend that you set your priorities first like payroll accuarcy , compliance and other critical things like scalability . If these are your priorities then it is the best thing to use . A clear ask for breakdown of all total costs including things like implementation , support etc . Evaluate thoroughly how well it integrates with your existing HR , Finance systems . Involve HR , payroll , IT and end users early on to assess usability in right manner. A tailored demo on your workflow will help you a lot in making your decisions instead of having a demo on some sales data crap .
