What differentiates ADP Workforce Now from other similar products?
ADP Workforce Now provides a full suite of all of our HR Management solutions and fulfills several needs for our HR and Recruiting teams. It is a robust solution for HR and employee management, and is incredibly helpful for talent acquisition and retention. It is differentiated solution in the number of-out-of-the-box integrations that it offers with other HR management and recruitment software solutions.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
ADP Workforce Now is an incredibly comprehensive solution which provides a full suite of capabilities around employee data, position and salary information, tracks employee time off, and provides annual talent reviews and recruitment reporting. The recruitment, talent development and retention solutions are truly best in class and provide our team with the data analytics and reporting they need to perform their jobs more efficiently.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Due to the frequent updates in ADP Workforce Now's software modules and suite, there can often be functionality that is missing and fixes are cumbersome. There are often numerous steps for support and assistance when troubleshooting.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Definitely evaluate ADP Workforce Now within it's competitor set across a diverse set of criteria including functionality, price, pre-built integrations, and user experience. Ensure that each team within your HR Department will gain utility from using the solution, along with its integrations with adjacent HR and Talent Management solutions.

What differentiates ADP Workforce Now from other similar products?
The ease of use and the breadth of capability are just super rock solid. Employee management and self-management are just SO simple to use and navigate. It makes you WANT to use the product. How much software can you actually say - I REALLY LIKE THIS SOFTWARE?
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The self-management of all your tax records, payroll, employee and self-goal setting is just so so solid. On top of that, it is really easy to navigate. You can just click on a title and find what you are looking for without much effort. It is put together really well.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Honestly, it is super hard for me to complain about ADP. Every time I have needed it, in any form or fashion, it has been right there. Easy Peasy.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Figure out what exactly you are trying to accomplish and then just see if ADP DOESN'T do that. You will save yourself a lot of time because it does A LOT.

What differentiates ADP Workforce Now from other similar products?
For me, what makes ADP so great is the ability to manage all of my HR tasks and needs in one place. In ADP I request time off, manage my paystub, and can find employee updates such as holidays, birthdays and anniversaries. It is a great combination of necessary and informative - All the information I need lives in one place, which is ADP.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of the product is the company updates and announcements. I regularly check the ADP portal to see what is coming up at the company that I may be unaware of. I also really like the "helpful links" which are quick links to things that are relevant and helpful for me in my role! It makes it seamless to find anything I might need!
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only thing I dislike about the product is I have 2 separate logins for different segments of the product. I sometimes find it difficult to remember where to find PTO requests vs Paystubs and other things like that. I wish everything lived under one single platform rather than 2 logins.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend exploring the platform right when you get access! There are so many great features that I continue to find within ADP that I wouldn't find unless I poked around. Definitely explore what you have access to! There's lots to utilize in product!
