UKG Pro is very powerful and reasonably priced

What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?
Much of the UKG Pro lives in a single database and those modules that are separate are very tightly integrated, such that to the end-user, HR staff, and IT administrators, it might as well all be in a single database. Customer service, in our experience, has been superb and greatly exceeds the quality of service we have experienced with other vendors. Clear communication, prompt response and action, and positive outcomes. UKG cares about their customers and believes in and exhibits a "Partners for Life" relationship.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ease of administration. Our HR Team has owned UKG Pro since about 12-months post implementation. IT was instrumental in implementation and initial configuration of security roles, but has limited administration duties at this point.
What do you dislike most about this product?
A couple of modules could use some continued development and expansion of features, such as Compensation Management.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Do your due diligence, ensure you have the proper team members identified for implementation and able to dedicate sufficient time and efforts to implementation activities to ensure success. Don't underestimate the effort involved, but know that the time spent will pay off in the long run.
