What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?

The core product evolved with updates making seamless, the BI reporting offers a large selection of standard reports and custom fields

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

the support UKG offers, especially with reporting features and customization

What do you dislike most about this product?

BI reporting, it is not user friendly for creating reports from scratch, easy to manipulate standard reports, but to create custom census reports, it is very difficult Tax filing /payment services needs improvement
