What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?
Better cost than large competitors. Many costs are per module which seems odd but if your org has other software for different functions (ie-ATS/recruiting or general ledger), then you aren't paying for something you don't need or use. Reporting is great and can be learned; not IT skills needed.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
User friendly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
While they do improve the product and rollout new functionality, sometimes we wish they'd improve on some bugs identified instead.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Get references in your industry and functional role to see if it's the best fit.

What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?
UKG Pro is a customizable product that is always implementing new features and modules. This has allowed us to grow with the organization without our team and headcount growing.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The software has allowed us to take control of our data and processes. We have automated countless processes while also improving our data integrity. We will be able to use the software to implement newer features every single quarter to help our business grow.
What do you dislike most about this product?
While new features are released on a regular basis, there is lower hanging fruit on features customers have asked for years to have.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This product and UKG as a company is by far my favorite software/vendor to work with. They really do believe in the true relationship between customer and vendor to make sure people have what they need to work efficiently.
