What differentiates SALESmanago from other similar products?
It stands out from competing software because to its comprehensive set of practical features, excellent support, and user-friendly interface.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
For more than a year, we have been utilizing SALESManago. SALESmanago is a fantastic solution that provides you with tons of analytical data, automates marketing, and boosts sales. For the users who would utilize it the most when we initially started utilizing it, training was offered. Weekly meetings were also scheduled to check on the evolution. Also included was a pamphlet that listed the tool's fundamental implementations and suggested improvements for each according to the industry and business. The support team's ability to respond swiftly and with questions that help you find solutions is a significant plus.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only drawback we can think of is that occasionally the IT team does not address your issues right away. For example, when we had a bot issue, it took a long time to resolve, which was annoying because it required a lot of IT support. But after a few weeks, the problem was finally resolved. Last but not least, because Facebook is the only social media platform now supported, we would like to make greater use of the tool for social media automation.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This software comes highly recommended from me since it is a fully functional, user-friendly, and well-supported sales and marketing platform. Quick responses, a kind and knowledgeable staff, and regular updates to the system are all highlights.

The automation workflows were very useful, offered many options depending on the user behavior and were very helpful with nurturing the leads and eventually driving an action from them

Some of the features had issues, like the custom email templates for example

What differentiates SALESmanago from other similar products?
I have worked on several marketing communication systems, however, Salesmanago is, without doubt, the best. In my opinion, it’s an intuitive, very well-designed platform that we can use for development for each B2B and B2C company. You’ll implement marketing campaigns through Salesmanago. An enormous plus, especially for beginners, is the support offered by the workers and access to coaching materials. I like to recommend using Salesmanago.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The system is comparatively simple to use, this is, of course, a subjective matter, however, I don’t assume I’ve ever felt like SalesManago caused me any issue in day-to-day use. Another plus on my behalf of me is help from our account manager. Whenever I want something to be programmed in our system, support is quick and reliable.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The absence of access to contacts is defined only by cookies. This may greatly impact and improve my work concerning onsite campaigns and building a client base. A new tag grouping system would be nice. For now, trying to analyze what tags are on the contacts card has proved to be quite difficult. It’s like a vast mass of all kinds of tags. Unreadable frankly speaking.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The package is extremely intuitive and I love the drag-and-drop builder for the emails and landing pages. It’s very fast! Salesmanago provides hundred of functions and promotes opportunities to grow up the business.
